Kathmandu: Rajendra Lingden has been elected the Chairman of Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) by defeating Kamal Thapa. Lingden got 1,817 votes while his rival Thapa received 1,617 votes from the voting held Saturday, RPP leader Rajaram Shrestha told the RSS. It is shared that a total of 531 votes were declared invalid.
